Is it really handwritten?
Yes – a robot moves a real fountain pen across the paper. It isn't printed.
Can I see it before I pay?
Yes. Our visualiser shows exactly how each letter and envelope will look, recipient by recipient, before you pay.
How fast is it?
Most orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days of your order.
Is delivery tracked?
Standard Royal Mail 1st/2nd class isn't tracked.
Is there a minimum order?
No.
Can I send to myself?
Yes – choose Send to me.
Can I use my own handwriting?
Yes. Write a few letters and words on screen with your finger or a stylus, or fill in our printed sheet and send a photo. Try it free. We create your font when you place your first order, and it's saved for every future order. Your font stays private. Want to type in your own handwriting too? Can I cancel?
Yes, for a full refund at any time before we start writing your order. Just email hello@penbot.co.uk with your order number. Once writing has started we can't cancel, because every letter is personalised to you (the usual 14-day cancellation right doesn't cover made-to-order items). If anything arrives faulty, damaged or not as you saw it in the preview, we'll rewrite it or refund you. See our Returns and Refunds Policy.
